-----------------------How to file a complaint---------------------
This procedure defines the rights of the consumers /does not apply to companies/
If you received an incorrect (mistake when packing) or a non-compliant (product defect) product – please contact us immediately by e-mail,
and send back the product as soon as possible, no later than within
10 days from the date of receipt.
Please send an e-mail with a detailed description of the fault, otherwise the right to claim compensation shall be null or void.
The product shall be sent back in its original state:1.With an intact set of labels,
2.In an original packaging,
3.Fastened and folded up,
4.Without any traces of use,

only via Polish Post:by registered letter or package depending on the size of product.
Please do not send back the product by COD.Products sent back by COD shall not be accepted.
NOTE:
Products which are crumpled and/or squeezed into a small package, inadequately secured for transit or non-compliant with pt. 1-4 are considered unfit for
resale and shall not be accepted.

Any claims arising from a manufacturing defect, due to no fault of the buyer, shall be handled at our expense.This means that a new/repaired product shall be sent at Inkastyl expense.The cost of sending back a faulty product shall be returned to the buyer’s bank account, provided in the complaint form.

The products purchased at Inkastyl online store may be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt.
The product shall be sent back in its original state:
1. With an intact set of labels,
2. In an original packaging,
3. Fastened and folded up,
4. Without any traces of use,
5.With a receipt (for cancellation) or
6.an invoice for correction – only if issued to a private person,
not being a company.

-----------------------How to replace a product---------------------
This procedure defines the rights of the consumers /does not apply to companies/
The product may be replaced with another one, provided that it is currently available in stock.
The product shall be sent back within 10 days from the date of receipt.
The product shall be sent back in its original state:
1. With an intact set of labels,
2. In an original packaging,
3. Fastened and folded up,
4. Without any traces of use,
In order to facilitate the replacement procedure, please pay:
a) 12 PLN for re-shipment
d) difference in the price, if applicable.
