How can I check the availability of products?
The information on the availability of product is displayed next to the product:
Out of stock – no items available at the moment; if you are particularly interested in this product contact us by e-mail:email@example.com or telephone:22 110-51-20
Low stock – last items available, hurry to buy!
Medium stock – at least a few/several items available
Large stock – sufficient quantity of the product to fulfil many orders
Available to order – we can obtain the product specially for you – contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone: 22 110-51-20
Delivery expected – the product will be available shortly
Withdrawn – product no longer available for purchase
How can I check the progress of an order?
You will receive an e-mail message with an information about the progress of your order.Also, on logging onto your account you will have access to all information about your current and completed orders:status, content, addresses provided, etc.
How long will I have to wait for delivery?
Immediately after you place an order you will receive an e-mail containing a link which you should click to confirm the order – we will then begin processing the order.Information on the progress of your order will be sent regularly to your e-mail address.
Date of receipt of goods = dispatch date + delivery time
The dispatch date depends on the availability of products and the selected method of payment, while the delivery time depends on the selected method of delivery.
What methods of delivery are available?
Depending on the quantity and weight of the products ordered, selected method of payment and your own preferences, you may chose one of the following methods of delivery:
postal service (standard or expedited mail),
collection in person.
How much will I pay for delivery?
The total cost of delivery for your order will be provided after adding the products to your basket and selecting your preferred method of delivery and payment – in the summary you will find the precise amount payable.The cost of delivery depends on the selected method of payment (payment in advance or on delivery) and mode of delivery, and should not exceed 20 PLN.

Can I collect goods in person?
Of course, you can collect your order at the personal collection point, address:ul.Radnych 5, 05-503 Głosków. The working hours are provided in Contact section. When you collect in person you do not pay any extra costs.
What is a wish list?
The wish list is a function that allows you to add products that you are still thinking about.This function is available only toregistered users.
If you are debating whether to buy a particular product, and you have an account with us, just log on and add the product to your wish list.The products in the wish list will be saved for you. When you log on to the store next time, you will find all of the products you saved.You can return to them, move them to the shopping basket or remove them from the wish list at any time.
Can I obtain a VAT invoice?
Yes, you can obtain a VAT invoice for the products purchased at our store.For this purpose, when placing an order, on the form with your data select option “Company” and provide the billing information.State your wish to receive a VAT invoice in the Remarks (under “Additional information”).If the delivery address differs from the invoice address, select option “Different delivery address” on the form and provide the address to which the goods are to be delivered.
The date of issue of the VAT invoice will be the date on which your order was dispatched. This date may not be changed.
How can I change my order?
You can modify your order only up to the time when all the items have been compiled.After it has been sent to the stated address, changes are no longer possible.If You want to make any changes to your order (change of address, addition of product, change of the method of payment or delivery), contact us as quickly as possible, preferably by telephone:22 110-51-20
I placed an incorrect order. How can I cancel it?
You can cancel your order only up to the time when all the items have been compiled.After it has been sent to the stated address, cancellation is no longer possible.To cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible, preferably by telephone:22 110-51-20
Where is my package?
If you select the courier service, you will receive an e-mail with the number of the shipping document and a link to a page where you can keep track of the current location of your package.If you are a registered store customer, that link will also be visible in the column Shipping when viewing your order details.
I have a problem with the product I ordered. What now?
Before accepting the package, always check if it has not been damaged in transit.If the packaging is visibly damaged, we advise that you refuse acceptance of the package and then contact us by telephone:22 110-51-20
Can I return the product that I have purchased?
Yes, according to the Act of 2 March 2000, within 10 days of the date of receipt of the goods ordered, you can return a product purchased online without giving the reason.However the goods must not bear any traces of use or be damaged, and must be delivered in the original packaging with its entire content intact.
